1. EVENT
Title of event: FIA Central Europe Zone Trophy, Macedonian Automobile Championship.
Circuit: Macedonia, Skopje

4. REGULATIONS
The organizer reserves the right to inform all competitors/drivers about supplements to the regulations and/or publish special instructions to ensure the correct running of the event by means of official bulletins.

The event is held under the following regulations to witch all competitors and drivers are bound through the acceptance of their entry form:
1. The International Sporting Code of the FIA and its appendices.
2. 2007 FIA Central Europe Zone Trophy Regulations
3. Sporting conditions made by AMSM

5. PRELIMINARY TIMETABLE OF EVENT

Saturday 06.10.2007:
- Technical scutineering and
Administrative checks 10.00 – 12.00
- First meeting of jury 12.30
- Start of racing 13.20
- Official and unofficial practice 13.30
- Second meeting of jury 16.20

Sunday 07.10.2007
- Ceremony 12.45.
- Start of racing 12.55
- Competition 13.00
- Third meeting of jury and checks of results 16.30

Practice:
Unofficial and official practices will be on Saturday (06.10.2007) with start at 13.30 and it will be consist from two separate parts of 30 minutes.

First three circuits from first part of practices are unofficial part of practice and the time in these period will not counting.
While the safety car is leading the convoy, the competitors' mast not left over each other. Any offence is prohibited and will lead to immediate exclusion from the event.

Competition:
Competition will be on Sunday (07.10.2007.) with start at 13.00 o'clock and it will consist 20 circuits.
Penalty for any too early start will be executed in pit stop at parking opposite of Skopje Fair.
During start of competition on the board is showing: first 60", then 30", and after that in interval of 4" and 8" is lighting red semaphore.
The drivers will start after switching off the red light.

Using track:
The use of circuit outside the official practice time is prohibited and will lead to immediate exclusion from the event.

Results:
Will be posted on the official notice board after each practice/race. Final printed results can be picked-up after the time of protests has expired in the box-race office.

Parc Ferme:
Is based opposite of Skopje Fair.

Price giving:
Price giving will be on the podium after all races.

6. ENTRY
Entries must be sent to the organizer by the entries closing time. Deadline for delivery the entries is - 04.10.2007.

7. ELIGIBLE CARS AND DIVISION INTO CLASSES:
2006 FIA Central Europe Zone Trophy
• Group N – FIA (without SP)
• Group A – 2000cc
• Group E – 2000cc
• Kit cars and groups ST, SP, Super 2000cc, A +2000cc, H.

8. TRACK
All races and practices will take part on the racetrack located between MRTV and Skopje Fair or precise on "Goce Delcev" and "Belasica" STR.
• Track is made from asphalt and with allowing power of 20 cars.
• The length of track is 2050 meters and width is from 7.5 till 14 meters.
• Track has license by the by the commission for license the tracks under the AMSM spot commission.
• Obligatory direction of the race is opposite of clockwise.
9. DRIVERS' BREEFING
Briefing with drivers will be hold out before start practice and racing. Attendance at the drives' briefing is obligatory.

10. STARTING GRID AND START
The eligible cars will be lined up for the start according to the official times recorded during the qualifying practice.
Starting list will be posted on the official notice board. The start signal is switching off the red light. Start of all races is standing.

11. CODE OF DRIVING CONDUCT
The flag signals given by the track marshals must be obeyed with special attention to the yellow flag. Any driver endangering a track marshals or rescue services due to reckless driving will immediately be reported to the Stewards of the Meeting who may impose an extra penalty.
The speed limit in the pit lane is 60 km/h; any offence will be reported to the Stewards of the Meeting who may impose a penalty.

12. QUALIFICATIONS
Qualification FIA CE Zone is 130% of fastest driver in class.
Only laps, which have been completed under the cars, own engine power will be taken into account for the classification.

13. PRAC FERME
The cars must remain in the Parc Ferme from the end of race until released by the Stewards. During that time, no work may be carried on the cars unless instructed by the scrutinizers.

14. PADDOCK AND PITS
Pits for competitor cars will be based in front of Skopje Fair. Only persons and cars with valid paddock pass will be admitted to the paddock.

16.LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By his entry, the competitor declares that he:
- Accepts the requirement of regulations described in Art. 4. of this SR and that he will strictly abide by them.
- Recognized the AMSM regulations for auto racing as the only competent jurisdiction with exception of the provisions of the FIA CEZ.

Responsibility
Participants (competitors, drivers, ect.) take part in event at their own risk. They carry sole civil and criminal legal responsibility for any damage or injury caused by them or the vehicle they are using.

Liability Renunciation
Apart of the requirements, participants (competitors, drivers, ect.) renounce all right of appeal against organizer, his representatives or agents by arbitration or before a tribunal or any other.

Bulletins
The organizer reserves the right to modify this SR and timetable of the event.

17. ADDITIONAL PRESCRIPTIONS
17.1. Passes
Special passes for competitors, drivers and assistants will be issued at the administrative checks. These passes must be worn and be visible.

17.2. Advertising
All materials concerning the advertising are conformed to the relevant articles of the national and international regulations: FIA CE Zone Art. 24.
Organizer's obligatory advertising (above or below the background for starting numbers) should not be refused.
In case of refusing the organizer's optional advertising competitor will pay for 1 advertising:
FIA CE Zone: 200 EUR.

17.3. Prize
Organizer of this even will give a cup and diplomas for first, second and third place.

17.4. Insurance
All drivers, including foreign drivers, during the even must have personal accident insurance.

17.5. General
All details not included herein will be decided in accordance with valid regulations of FIA CEZ.
Each participant confirms with his signature in the application that he is aware of this regulations and orders and he is prepared to observe them without reservation. Equally he is prepared to follow the instructions of the members of the management committee, nominated officials and information published on the official information board.
The organizer reserves the right to cancel or adjust the programmed of event.
In case of the difference in translated versions of these supplementary regulations the Macedonian version will take precedence.

17.6. Protests
Protests must be lodged in accordance with FIA CEZ regulations.
